To be honest, woodworking was meant to be a new hobby for me, and it really hasn't panned out. I'm either super busy at work or it's 10 below zero in the shop or one of my other hobbies that I actually know something about takes my free time. So, aside from putzing here and there I've not done any serious woodworking at all. That said, looking at one of those euro saws like the Hammer or Format sliding table saw it's easy for me to believe that those saws are going to give more repeatable cuts. Like Sean9c says the circular saw is the weak link in the ez system, as well as possibly the bridge of the ez1max. I don't know what the runout is on an 11' extrusion but I'm willing to bet it's not zero. I've even considered selling my ez1max because I just can't make the time to use it. Hope that helps.

Red, I just posted a new thread asking about the EZ1 Max and I'd really like your input. It's under Woodworking Philosophies: EZ1-Max vs. Euro slider. Thanks.
