Hi Burt. I am looking at buying an EZ1 with the SSRK. I am wondering if I can use it to make raised panel doors. My panel bit is a 3 1/2 inch bit. I am concerned that the 3 1/2 inch bit is too big to use with the SSRK and I will have to keep using a router table to do it. I would like to switch to the SSRK to route panels. From your experience do you think this is a good idea? Thanks

    Burt,
In this picture - https://picasaweb.google.com/burt194...19614050351890, bottom right corner there is a cam clamp(blue)with a delta shaped plywood looks like it is screwed to the connector. What do you use it for?

    Burt,
Was looking to buy a Bosch miter Saw Stand when I realized they have a table saw stand also. Do you have any opinions on whether the miter saw stand or the table saw stand is better for building a little cross cutter? Any experience with any other brand of saw/miter stands?

well burt, i fell off the wagon my friend! i have had a lot of trouble getting the results i need on my hardwood cuts. so i went and bought a robland k26 combo machine. it is a 5 funtion machine consisting of a t.s., shaper, 10" planer, 10" jointer, and a horizontal mortiser with x/y table. i drove 5 hours each way to get it. don't get me wrong, the ez tools are great and i will continue to use them all i can on my sheetgoods, and will continue to promote them all i can. Hey Burt, wondering if you use a guide coat when sanding to highlight the scratches?

Burt, i'am trying something out here for cutting several different cabinet components without changing a bunch of setting. what i am doing is this: i have longer sme's on both sides of the head fence with a series of flipstops that i am making from some alum square stock. doing this i can see already that a couple more squaring stops will be necessary also. i figure to set them to the right of the blade for bases and to the left of the blade for wall units. it bugs me having to handle the sheetgoods more than i need to on and off of the bench so i am going to give this a try and see what happens. i'am setting one of the ripstops furnished with the bench at the cabinet height setting and leaving it there and setting the flippers accordingly. marking the measurements on the head fence sme's and then keeping them butted against the center cut beam will keep the readings pretty true i think.

Well Burt, i just couldn't stand the pressure anymore of not having a s.l.r. in my shop. it was taking way to long to slr my material, which is a bunch at any given time. ordered me a new slr saw today. the tracks have a solid place in my shop for cabinety, but not for slr'ing 100's or even 1000's of feet of material in a timely fashion.

Hey Burt, things going well here with the new tools. Dino sent me a replacement piece of track with connectors this past week. he also sent me 2 pcs of sme 7' long to cover the discount refund he owed me. looks like some of the guys are turning the ez-one bench assy into rocket science. reckon it's safe to order from ez since there is a move taking place? i'am bashful about it.
