Easy to make a standard bench or the newest ez-One.

Thanks for posting this Dino.

I dont see the sliding legs on the website ..is it special order ?

Also, based on the second set of pictures, are you saying that the EZ-One can be fitted with sliding legs and hence made height adjustable ?

Thanks for any clarifications you can provide!

Hi Venki.
The sliding leg kit is 4 ez connectors.

Also, based on the second set of pictures, are you saying that the EZ-One can be fitted with sliding legs and hence made height adjustable ?

The EZ-One is height adjustable. ( 0"-3" ) +-
The sliding legs are good for special needs.

thanks.

Sliding Legs

Hi Dino

I understand now that the ez connectors can slide in the extrusions to make the legs adjustable.

But what about the legs themselves ?

( Sorry if I am being dense!)

Thank you
Venki

venki,
Few extra holes on the legs?
The legs above made from 2x4s.
you can even make a semi-circle ( like miter saw stands)
Use one stud inside the hole and the other inside the semi-circle.
You need good materials to do that. dense like you. ;)

One last question ( I think!)

Thanks Dino.

So, just so I am clear, is it possible to get the EZ-One without the legs ?

Here is my predicament : The EZ-One is great with its features and its all-in-one features. However to adapt it to my needs, I need a shorter height. A 3" adjustment wont help - for my needs it needs to be about 22-24" tall.

Is that possible ?

Thanks again,
Venki

Venki,

I'm sure Dino can cut the legs to any length you need.

Vendi,
we can cut the legs, ( Thanks Dik) but you can cut them using the ez tracks.
Very easy to cut aluminum with any blade.
Keep the extra sme's for jig building and inventions.
You never know what you can come up if you have few cut-offs.
But even if we cut the legs at 24" we will send you the cut-offs.
thanks.

Tell them what height you need, and they will cut them. Or if you prefer, you could get the connectors and cut your own 2x's. The BIG question, is do you have a comfortable way to cut them now?

If not, then having them cut them so your not fighting to use an easy one (TOO short), is the option.:)
