I did the trim on Saturday morning. The Cedar went up Saturday evening. Sunday evening about 4 PM I began cutting the shelves, and finished before dark. I used the Kreg jig screws to assemble the first cabinet that evening.
One thing that slowed me down was the holes for the shelves had to be drilled completely through the material on the center dividers. Monday evening I assembled the second shelf and also did the scribing to the wall for the last shelf. I will probably be finished tonight.

If I had to do another closet I could do it all in one or two nights. Putting the cedar in takes the longest. If you had a mini B300 setup with a short rail, you could do all the cutting in the closet.
