Default Posting Links

Since there is no Help section on the forum for the vBulletin system that makes up the forum, can someone tell me how to insert a link to another thread/post?

Thanks,
Bill

Bill,

Since I don't do Apple products, this is on a PC. First get the URL (address) in the clipboard by going to the other post and selecting the entire URL in the address bar with the mouse.

Then either by right clicking and selecting copy or using the ctrl+c key combination, copying it to the clipboard.

Start your post/reply and then at the desired location in the post select the link button,

and paste the copied URL into the text box.

The link will appear at the location of the cursor.

If you want the link to be a word, select the word with the mouse and then select the link button, and paste the copied URL into the text box.
