Check out WHO on Youtube? Stumpy.com, seems to have nothing to do with anything you have said (Incra or router tables). So your spamming some other site, instead of passing on the correct one your wanting us to go visit.

Checking links is an important thing, you wouldn't want to send someones kids to whitehouse .com (a porn site), instead of whitehouse .gov.

While typing this I tried some search terms, a couple of accounts came up on Youtube, stumpy.com came back to a one armed video poster (pretty sure you don't mean him). How about Stumpy Nubs?

Wow as you can see below there is a place and they do have the info maybe you mite not see it for some reason.

Yes what you looked at is the place and what I was talking about is there. This guy makes simple stuff that works just made out of mdf and so on is the only problem he does try and do things on the cheap not the best. Just take some info from there and use for you own. I think he has some good ideas the incra use is a great Idea for 18 bucks.

He's not spamming anything. You sure sound like something crawled up your behind and died.

I have no idea who stumpy is, but was able to find his blog with a simple query: "stumpy woodworking". Less time talking, more time thinking might help you out in the future.

Hello John,

Love what Stumpy Nubs is doing out there and thanks for sending it on. I think his stuff is pretty clever and looks like much of it would work brilliantly (if only I had the space to put it!). Then again, I can keep mounting stuff on folding carts and stands! Part of being EZ is being inexpensive, but his stuff looks well designed. No doubt if you cost your labor on one of his devices, they are probably not that inexpensive. Many hours in that dovetail machine.

Thanks Christopher for finding the site. I agree, John, you are not spamming anything. Spamming means sending unsolicited email or messages. Providing a link, even if broken or wrong, is not spamming.

My bet is that he was referring to a woodworker that calls himself "Stumpy Nubs". He has a three-part video series on YouTube making a project that fit BJ's description. You can find a link to his blog here. Stumpy injects a lot of humor into his videos, but it's real stuff (not parodies like the old Red Green show). He's come up with some very clever and well-done shop tools and jigs. Even if this isn't what BJ was referring to, it's well worth checking out anyway.

Edit: here is his YouTube channel.

Sorry guys will try and sent proper info or nothing if I don't have it on hand.

Thanks for clearing up what spam is well I think unless it points to a tool on it own or something to do with the Ez system is spam and some sites will tell you right away not to do this on any kind of add that has nothing to do with them. Not a big deal just what I think is right or wrong. As for the link being wrong it was off by a bit but not that hard to find and don't really care what anyone's kids look at the parent should see what there doing and if they don't have time for that and use the net as a baby sitter this also is not my problem. All I did was try to point at a cheaper way to use incra. I don't think I have sent any info that would take kids to a porn site.

Default Not to worry

Bigjohn1:
Do not worry about the spam issue. I read EVERY post that is made and I saw nothing that broke any rules. I know what you are doing and your intent, so I was not worried. If you do not get a private message from me -- do not worry about it.

Lots of members post links to sites that are relevant to woodworking. Not always on the topic of EZ but apply in some way or another. As administrator of the forum -- I will let anyone know if they have crossed the line. So far no line crossing has occured.

Phil
