Default License plate frame

Saw this today and had a laugh, either you get it or you don't.
It read:
A FAT QUARTER IS NOT A BODY PART

I kinda got crossed up on that one.
I saw the license plate frame on, what looked like a contractors truck and made the assumption that it referred how you fudge a dimension, by saying a fat 1/4" which would be larger than 1/4" but smaller than 9/32".
Turns out it is a reference, for people that sew, to a fabric offcut that is slightly larger than a quarter yard, a fat quarter.
I still think my interpretation applies.

Default Fat Quarter

For those that do not have a partner that sews -- a Fat Quarter is a larger than 1/4 yard of fabric. Quilters use them and some seamstresses. This is a joke that only those with a sewing sort of connection will appreciate. If you tell me fat quarter, though I know the real meaning, I can not get past a nice fat chicken quarter on the BBQ. That is my kind of fat quarter.
