Thanks Dino,
I actually did purchase the Ez-1 folding leg table. I haven't yet had the chance to set it up but it is waiting for me to get it up and going. I just want to get a good saw for it, and then a good router..

They do sell the Makita 5477nb Hypoid here where I live.

I like what I read about it because they say it is very long lasting, reliable and sturdy. Initially I will be mostly cutting ply wood, perhaps already with formaika glued.

I did get a universal saw base with the EZ-1 table.

So my question is: will I be able to fit this saw on the saw base that I already have, or should I order a particular Moduni base for it?
