Default Guide Rail Dimensional Question

One of the posts has me looking at the EZSMART Twin Connector extrusion. This extrusion has two connector extrusions on a U-shaped aluminum frame. I was looking at its dimensions assuming that the center-to-center distance between the two connector-shaped extrusions would equal the distance between the side connector channels in the Guide Rail extrusion, but oddly enough, when you do the math, the two center-to-center distances don't match. Why is that?

Here are the dimensions:

EZSMART Twin Connector (taken from Eurekazone.com):

Connector-shaped extrusions width: 0.93"
Connector-shaped extrusions half-width: 0.93"/2 = 0.465"
Inner connector edge to inner connector edge distance: 2.44"

Calculated connectors center-to-center distance:
0.465" + 2.44" + 0.465" = 3.37"

EZSMART Guide Rail (taken from Eurekazone.com):

Side connector channels, center-to-center distance: 3.43"

Why are these two distances not equal? This means that the two connector extrusions on the Twin Connector are not riding down the centers of the Guide Rail.

1st pic shows the left side of an EZ track w/double extrusion underneath. Notice the right ridge is completely centered, extrusion-to-track, and the left edge is a smidgeon off. The right side of the track (blurry 2nd pic) has the mirror image of this pic. So, I'm guessing that the centers actually do line up, or, close enough to call it good?
