Default Worx saw

I've had a Worx 7 1/2 inch circular saw for several years now but never used it. It appears that it's made to run on some type of rail. The groove actually fits a Festool rail but the Festool rail is too wide to make a cut. Does anybody know what rail the saw fits on? Thanks

Not sure where you're ultimately going with the saw/track, but one fairly simple way to make a track might be to use EZ track and make a slide-in, or permanent, side extension out of 1/2" baltic birch ply. The edge of the EZ track is 1/2" and mates well w/1/2" baltic.
Or, consider attaching a piece of 1/2" baltic to the bottom of the saw itself and use the saw on the EZ track; the baltic will help keep the saw in plane with the track.
Methinks the first suggestion (baltic-to-track edge) would work better for you. You could make the baltic a bit oversized and then cut it w/the saw, giving you your cut-line.
hth,
Rick

Default Amazing saw

This is an amazing saw! It's compact, light, and very easy to use. The size of the handle is perfect for gripping. There are rubbery grips located conveniently on the handle to avoid slipping during use. The weight distribution is very comfortable as well. It cuts smoothly, too. The structure feels very solid, made with durable materials. It feels very well made!
