Recently, my buddy rec'd his EZSMART Track Saw System 108." It came with 2 clamps and he needed 4, so I loaned him mine.
Come to find out, only 2 of my clamps fit his tracks. My other 2 clamps are too thick to fit the new track. ![]() Anyone else experience this? ![]() |

I didn't know they'd changed the track extrusion (?); only times I've had a non-fitting clamp is when the all-thread on the clamp loosens up and begins to protrude a bit past the bottom of the clamp extrusion. It doesn't take much for it to not fit into the track, or, to fit with difficulty. To fix, re-locktite the all-thread and sand off the protruding portion of the all-thread, back to being flush with the bottom of the extrusion. hth, Rick |

It's actually the EZ Connector Extrusions that are the issue.
Now for pictures. Manufacturer's variance, no doubt. Eventually, I may buy more Connector Extrusions to rectify the issue. Maybe I can work a trade for my left over B2B extrusions? |
