This is pre-order. April 1st expected delivery:

http://www.toolnut.com/makita-xsr01z...tool-only.html

Think it's $160 more with two 5a-hr batteries and charger.

I googled around. From what I could find a pair of 5A batteries is about $220 and a dual battery charger is $120. The 3A and 4A batteries are obviously cheaper. I'm guessing that buying a saw with batteries and charger would be cheaper than buying the pieces separately.
Makita says the saw is 12.4# with batteries. That's really light. For comparison a Skil MAG77 is 17# and a Makita 5007MGA is 10.6#.

I was just re-looking at the option with charger and batteries. I have quite a few Makita tools and checked two batteries (5ah) and dual charger would cost $340 ($220 batteries and $120 charger). I also see the right bladed 36v saw with two 3.0 ah batteries and single charger is $420. So I'm even closer yet to ordering.
