Default Cutoff Cart

Made this cutoff/scrap cart based on an example I saw on lumberjacks . The photos/write-up there are really good so I'll keep mine basic.

I love this thing. It has three vertical bins and three horizontal bins of varying lengths. I don't know how I could've moved around in my garage without it. I made it a few months ago and I primarily used the Rip Sizer. It was my second project with the r.s. and it went much easier than the first (plus in the first I was ripping peg board ).

I used 1 sheet of 3/4 plywood for all the pieces. The casters are cheapies from Home Depot but work just fine. I have some pine ripped from another project that I will eventually glue on for edge banding. I didn't put a finish on it but will put some poly on it when I do the banding. I did not feel it necessary to put the divider between the two tall vertical bins but did separate the short bin.

The capacity on this is pretty darn good and way more useful than the 55gal trash can, STK, and garage floor for storing scrap/cutoffs that you plan on using some day.

Nice idea! Do you know anything about the clamp rack that someone attached to the side. I saw a reference to it on the lumberjocks website but couldn't find any pictures.
