flatlander?
Google Taygetos mountain.
I spend all my summers there in a state camp.
I think is one of the best mountains and I love to die there...one day.

That is a nice looking house. Gotta love that shop and all that space. After growing up in homes with postage stamp yards, I now live in an old farmhouse on 4 1/2 acres and I would never go back. Mowing is done in shifts --- usually several days apart-- because it takes 3-4 hours to do it all. I love having the space even if it does require more work.

Dino,

Last year the Mrs and I bought a place up in the TN mountains, formerly owned by a cabinet maker. 2000 sq-ft workshop down the hill from the house, separate power meter like this one. The guy probably wouldn't have gotten foreclosed if he'd had EZ-gear to build cabinets! Well, maybe it was too many ex-wives...

Great talking to you yesterday. Have fun with the househunting in FL.

Jack

Dino I knew that you love the mountains but I just couldn't resist with the move to florida. that work shop area will be nice and the one level house easy to deal with. The house seems quite large but will be good for family gatherings.
