Thumbs down Quality Control Lacking

Recently purchased several items which shipped in 2 orders.

1st order, missing 2 center connectors that were ordered

2nd order, received 2 deep clamps and 2 deep clamp upgrades. They were pricey but allows for larger material. Received the order and the material clamps are now plastic and very poor fit and finish. These are cheaper looking than cheap imported stuff from harbor freight.

Add to that, I've been trying since before Independence Day to get in touch with someone from customer service and no one will answer the phone no matter what time of day. I'm still waiting on a response from an email for the missing parts that were ordered.

Not sure what's going on with the company but it isn't for the better like when Dino was fully engaged. Very disappointed that quality and customer support appears to be slipping quickly.
